At Calypso Apartments, we feel your pets are members of our extended family so we strive to make them feel right at home. Here, we welcome both cats and dogs. For each pet, with a maximum of two – there is a non-refundable pet fee of up to $450 and pet rent of up to $40 per month. We do have breed restrictions and invite you to contact our leasing office to learn more

If we allow your requested animal, you must sign a separate animal addendum which may require additional deposits, rents, fees or other
charges.
*The following are restricted breeds: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane,
Husky, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Staffordshire Terrier, and Wolf Hybrids.
